The owner of the dam is responsible for all breeding-related expenses, including travel, lodging, cost of artificial insemination, injuries to both the sire and dam caused by the breeding process, and ALL time and expenses related to raising healthy puppies. Northwest Poodle guarantees a live litter of at least 1 puppy. If a live litter is not produced, Northwest Poodles will allow for up to 1 attempted makeup breeding free of charge (cost of artificial insemination and semen collection is NOT included). The stud fee is strictly non-refundable, but may be transferred to a different stud or female at any time. The stud fee is due in full PRIOR TO the first attempted breeding and may be paid with cash, credit card, Venmo or PayPal. A 5% charge will be added for all forms of electronic payment. By selecting "I AGREE" in the option below, you are entering a legally binding agreement to the above terms between yourself and Northwest Poodles. Any disputes may be upheld in the Washington State court of law.
